  1. Each image name will start with a prefix to differentiate between the diverse types of images displayed on the web portal.
  2. A number of Bizowie-based field values will be displayed, depending on each image type and what information needs to set up the image name, some images will contain one Bizowie field value, some will contain two, and some three.
  3. Each data section that makes up the image name will be separated by a dash (-) character delimiter to accommodate for SEO Image name optimization and Google search analytics.
  4. To separate non-product image names that contain spaces, an underscore (_) character will be used. For example; the Brand name “Candex Custom Furniture” will be stated within the image name as “Candex_Custom_Furniture”. The underscore character will be used to insert a space character on the web portal display.
  5. The asterisk (*) will be appended to the image name IF that image contains additional fields or information than those defined on the standard image naming convention. This will help accommodate for:
    1. Detail Images. The detail description may follow the asterisk (*)
    2. 2(or more)-SKU Images. The second SKU for images which represent 2 or more products may be appended after the asterisk (*)
    3. All non-product image The asterisk (*) delimiter can be used on any image, even non-product images. Any content that follows that symbol will be for image name viewing/recognition purposes and will not be used or displayed on the web portal.
  6. Any field which does not have a value and will not be used can be replaced with a “00” to define NULL of blank.
  7. All image names will then end in the file format .jpg.
